Data Controller

The data controller is ANT Group S.r.l., Via dei Giroli 76, 25085 Gavardo (BS), Italy — VAT IT-02829410980. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at privacy@antgroup.it.

Data Protection Officer

ANT Group S.r.l. has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as this is not required under Article 37 GDPR given the nature and limited scale of the personal data processed through this website. For any privacy-related request, please contact us directly at privacy@antgroup.it.

What Data We Process

This website processes personal data in the following cases:

  • Contact form. When you submit the form on our Contact page, we process the data you provide: full name, company, business email, country, phone number (optional), area of interest and the content of your message. All fields except phone are required in order to handle your request.
  • Technical cookies. Strictly necessary cookies used to run the site correctly (see our Cookie Policy). We do not use tracking, profiling or advertising cookies.
  • Anti-spam verification. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated submissions. To do this, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical browser signals, and may set a strictly necessary cookie. No data is used for profiling or advertising purposes.
  • Server log data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time) for security and technical operation of the site. This data is not used to identify individual visitors and is kept only for the time necessary for these purposes.

How We Use Contact Form Data

Data submitted through the contact form is used solely to evaluate and respond to your request. Your message is delivered by email to our internal address info@antgroup.it. A confirmation of successful submission is shown on the page itself; no automated email is sent to you in reply.

Messages are not stored in the website’s database: they are transmitted by email and retained only within our corporate mailbox.

We do not use this data for newsletters, marketing or commercial profiling, and we do not sell or transfer it to third parties for their own purposes. Should we wish to contact you for commercial purposes unrelated to your request, we will ask for your separate consent beforehand.

Legal Basis and Retention

Contact form data is processed on the basis of the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where the request does not lead to a contractual relationship, on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is retained in our corporate mailbox for no longer than is necessary for the purposes described above — that is, for the time needed to handle your request and any related follow-up correspondence. It is then deleted, unless a longer retention period is required to fulfil legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Technical cookies, anti-spam verification and server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and are kept only for as long as necessary for these purposes.

Recipients and International Transfers

Your data may be accessed by the following providers, acting as data processors on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR:

  • Aruba S.p.A. (Italy) — website hosting and email infrastructure;
  • Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd (Microsoft 365) — delivery and storage of email correspondence;
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — anti-spam verification of form submissions.

Where these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Your data is not disclosed to any other third party except where required by law.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Italian Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended), you have the right to:

  • Access — obtain confirmation of and access to your personal data;
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”);
  • Restriction — request that we limit how we process your data;
  • Data portability — receive your data in a portable format;
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • Complaint — lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@antgroup.it.

Cookies

This website uses only technical cookies necessary for its proper functioning. No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time. See our Cookie Policy for details.
